About Us

Meet Megan Kilpatrick, Owner/Operator of PWP in Utah...

My love of animals started when I was young with the encouragement of my parents. In 1998 I adopted my first dog, Gus, an ex-racing greyhound and soon became a rescue volunteer.

Within the year I was a board member of the Idaho Greyhound rescue group. By early 2002 I branched out and started my own rescue specializing in fostering and finding permanent homes for English Bulldogs in the Utah and Idaho areas.

In 2005 I relocated from Nampa, Idaho to Stansbury Park, Utah. Instantly I fell in love with the area, the people and the "small town but close enough to a big city" feel.

Since 1998 I have both fostered and filled the local need for pet sitting. I am also experienced in obedience training and behavior modification, with the aid of appropriate diet if needed.

Having owned and cared for so many foster dogs of all breeds, I know when to recognize specific health issues and can advise on common remedies or alert a pet owner to an emergency.

I am the proud parent of a Miniature Schnauzer named Nigel, a Miniature English Bulldog named Jackson and an Italian Greyhound named Henry. I am also owned by 2 resident cats named Pickles and Mouse.

My associates and I look forward to looking after your much loved babies while you are away or will act as a surrogate for your pets with emphasis on keeping them social and happy.

We adhere to the Pet Watcher Plus mission statement and will treat your home and animals with respect, care and attention. We are your neighbor who live just down the street on Lakeview in Stansbury Park.
